Liquid Cookie Dough.
Picture a brisk winter morning: you step into your favorite coffee shop craving something warm. The barista smiles and asks, “Would you like a classic latte, or a decadent dessert-style latte that tastes like a warm chocolate chip cookie?”
It’s an easy choice — who wouldn’t pick the liquid cookie dough?

Latte Flavor Ideas
There are lots of fun latte flavors to try — Coconut Cream Pie, French Toast, or a classic Chocolate Brownie. For me, chocolate is always a safe and delicious choice. But if you’re in the mood for something playful and comforting, a cookie-dough-inspired latte hits the spot.

Cookie Dough Latte
Serves 1–2
- 3/4 cup creamer (such as Silk) or canned coconut milk (about 180 g)
- 3/4 cup milk of choice, or an additional 3/4 cup creamer or coconut milk (about 180 g)
- 1 tbsp brown sugar or coconut brown sugar (about 8 g)
- Stevia or extra brown sugar, to taste (adjust depending on the sweetness of your milk)
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- Optional: 1/2 tsp instant coffee granules (for a true latte kick)
- Optional toppings: mini chocolate chips, whipped cream, or a spoonful of eggless cookie dough
Instructions: Combine the first six ingredients in a small saucepan or a microwave-safe container. Stir to dissolve the sugar, then heat gently until it reaches your preferred temperature. Froth the mixture with a milk frother, or whisk vigorously on the stove to create foam. Pour the warmed mixture into a mug, holding back the foam with a spoon, then spoon the foam on top. Add optional instant coffee if you want a coffee flavor. Finish with mini chips or whipped topping if desired, and enjoy.
