Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh strawberries
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1–2 tablespoons honey *see note below
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 3/4 cup water

Remove the stems from the strawberries and peel the bananas. Place the strawberries (whole or sliced) and bananas into a blender. Add the water and the sweeteners, then blend until smooth and free of chunks.

Pour the blended mixture into popsicle molds (this recipe fills two trays with eight molds total). Place the popsicle sticks in the molds.

Freeze the popsicles overnight. To remove them, briefly run warm water over the bottom of the mold to loosen the popsicles, then enjoy.

Do not give honey or maple syrup to infants under one year old. Warning: frozen popsicles can break into chunks; if a baby cannot chew solids yet, keep the strawberry-banana mixture as a chilled puree in the refrigerator instead of freezing.
