Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese packages almost room temp
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese rough chopped into small pieces
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese rough chopped into small pieces
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 4 scallions finely diced
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup chopped pecans for rolling (+ more if needed)
  • Serve with your favorite crackers and assorted raw bell peppers for a veggie option

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, shredded cheddar, shredded mozzarella, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, scallions, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce. Use a potato masher or sturdy spoon to mash and blend the ingredients until well combined and evenly textured. Shape the mixture into one large ball and one small ball, or two medium balls, depending on your preference.
  • Spread the chopped pecans on a flat plate. Roll each cheese ball in the pecans until the exterior is fully coated. Serve right away with crackers and raw vegetables, or wrap each ball tightly in plastic wrap and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Enjoy!
