- 3 ribs celery (chopped)
For the poppy seed dressing
- 3 Tablespoons sugar
- 3 Tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 Tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
Instructions
- Toss together the apples, celery and coleslaw mix in a large serving bowl.
- Whisk together the dressing ingredients. Pour the dressing over the slaw and combine.
- Can be made a day or two ahead of time.
